Janet Fox MSc, Director and Principal OD Consultant, has a wealth of knowledge and experience in OD interventions which support organisations, teams and individuals to achieve success.

Janet is a qualified coach, with supervision, and a workplace mediator.

Since working as a clinician, Janet has gained experience in working in risk management and equalities before moving into the organisational development arena.

Known for her creative approach and with over 9 years’ experience of working in Organisational Development, Janet has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality work with experience in:
